What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel your membership you will no longer have access to download any of our plugins and any active licenses will expire and you won’t be able to receive updates or support. Your credit card will no longer be charged. You can cancel at any time.
Can I use my plugins on unlimited live sites?
Yes. A membership gives you access to the equivalent of developer licenses for each plugin (see Pricing page for details). You can use your plugin on as many test/development sites as you wish as long as you don’t activate your license key. Once you are using your plugin on a “live” site you must activate your license key.
How do I access support?
You can access our support Help Desk at any time by using any one of the plugin licenses you will recieve when you purchase a membership.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy to all customers. If you are not satisfied with our products for whatever reason, then simply let us know within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you immediately.
